Dr. Joseph Dubroff has been practicing naturopathic and integrative medicine for over 20 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Boston in 1997, and his Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon in 2002 — one of the most rigorous naturopathic programs in the country.
After completing a year-long residency in mental health and homeopathic applications, he began his clinical practice in Portland before relocating to Southern California, where he spent two years working alongside an orthopedic surgeon — an experience that deepened his understanding of regenerative medicine and the limits of purely surgical approaches to pain and injury.
He has given lectures in community, hospital, and clinical settings, and designed a year-long continuing medical education course on alternative medical applications for mental health professionals. He is recognized as a primary care physician in the State of California.
But credentials only tell part of the story.
Dr. Dubroff could have opened a clinic, hired staff, and charged the rates the market supports. Many doctors do. He chose not to — and it was a deliberate decision rooted in something he believes deeply: that access to high-quality, personalized medical care should not be determined by how much money a patient has.
He keeps his overhead low on purpose. No office lease. No large staff. No corporate structure passing costs down to patients. He drives to his patients' homes, spends real time with them, and charges what the care is actually worth — not what the market will bear.
This isn't a business model. It's a value system.
"The opposite of greed is service. I got into medicine to help people — not to build a billing machine. If I can deliver the same quality of care for a fraction of what a clinic charges, that's not a compromise. That's the point."
— Dr. Joseph Dubroff, N.D.
Stem cell therapy that costs $10,000 at a clinic costs $2,150 with Dr. Dubroff. A two-hour initial consultation — the kind of thorough, unhurried intake that actually produces a real health picture — costs $375. Follow-up calls on anything already discussed are always free.
He calls this medical equity. The belief that a construction worker with a bad knee deserves the same access to regenerative medicine as someone with a high-end health plan. That a family struggling with weight shouldn't have to choose between effective care and paying rent.
That's what Holistic Solutions is built around. And it's why Dr. Dubroff drives to your door.
